More Of Our Past Success Stories...
Dexter was dumped in the road in front of Animal Control. All traffic was stopped as he lead officers, pedestrians and commuters on a merry chase. He, appropriately, is named after the running shoes. Here he is with his loving mom in Midlothian, VA.
Zoe's former owners didn't have time for her. Her new loving stay at home mom, 2 wonderful little girls and a fun-loving dad are everything she could ever hope for. Here she is with her family in Chesapeake, VA.
Horribly abused in his previous home, Winston came to rescue with a lot of baggage. Though extremely loving to those at White Dog Cottage, he was terrified of men outside the household. Having never been taught manners, he didn't know that it wasn't polite to sit on the kitchen table and to chew the toes out of socks.... He is blossoming under the care of his new mom in Virginia Beach, VA.
Nicholas, was dumped out in the middle of nowhere and picked up by animal control. Filthy, skinny and matted Nicholas came to rescue a big puppy with a happy, loving disposition. He now has a wonderful family in Williamsburg, VA. Notice the pockets on Dad's shorts? Always kept filled
with treats for good little canine boys and girls!
Teddy's mom loved him enough to give him up to rescue when she fell on very tough times. He is happy, much loved and well cared for in Richmond, VA.
Sugar was kept in a cage for 18 to 20 hours a day, medicated with anti-anxiety drugs. This active, loved and loving little girl lives in
Virginia Beach, VA.
