Our Wish List (things we need)

Sometimes we need particular items. We have compiled a list of things we need for the animal shelter to reduce operating costs.

BIG TICKET ITEMS :

• Electricity for the shelter (we cannot go another winter with a sub-par generator)
• Full perimeter privacy fencing (to reduce noise and keep dogs safe)
• A 15 passenger van (or two) for our Saturday adoption events in Layton
• Gift Certificates to Lowe's, Home Depot
• Monetary donations for SPAY and NEUTER surgeries

SANITATION SUPPLIES:

• 100 ft. Never-Kink Heavy Duty Hoses (to clean kennels, available at Lowes Hardware)
• Lined Rubber Gloves (medium and large)
• Clean towels for bath time
• Gift Certificates to Lowe's, Home Depot

SHELTER MAINTENANCE:

• Snow plow for shelter truck
• Dog Houses - wood or Dogloo
• Chain link panels over 4 feet tall
• Gravel for driveway
• Cedar shavings (for the play area)
• Sand (for the play area)
• Gift Certificates to Lowe's, Home Depot

FOR THE ANIMALS:

• FOOD! (Dog and Puppy Food; IAMS for Cats and Kittens)
• Collapsable wire dog crates (large and extra large)
• Plastic airline dog crates (large and extra large)
• Cat litter (clay, not clumping)
• Carpeted Cat Condos, Cat Trees, etc
• Dog Leashes
• Dog Collars
• Monetary donations (for vaccinations and spay/neuter surgeries)
• Gift Certificates to PetsMart (for food)

FOR THE VOLUNTEERS:

• Gas Card gift certificates (to drive the animals to and from adoption events and vet appointments)
