Gretchen is about six and she lived her whole life in a puppy mill. Gretchen had litter after litter but her last one had to be c-section so the breeders dumped her at the pound. Gretchen does not have to worry about that anymore we have had her spayed and she has received her vaccines. Poor Gretchen needs more than a good grooming though, the breeders did not give her heartworm preventative. Gretchen needs to have heartworm treatment. Heartworm treatment is very expensive so please give generously. Gretchen deserves so much better, can you help us give her a second chance at life?

I want to thank everyone that help with a donation or prayers for Gretchen's recovery, we got the rest of the money for Gretchen and she has finished her treatment. Her new Mom is flying in from California and taking her home Sunday night. I hope to have a new photo to post here soon. Thanks again to everyone for giving Gretchen a chance to live the rest of her life knowing what being loved and cared for feels like!! We will miss little Gretchen, but she is going to make another family very happy.
