Welcome to the Foothills Humane Society Animal Shelter homepage. The shelter opened in 1973 to provide a refuge for stray and unwanted pets, to investigate animal cruelty cases, and to eliminate animal suffering and overpopulation through public education.

We take in about 4,000 animals per year, and our goal is to find perfect homes for them all! Learn more about our shelter, meet the critters available for adoption, and find out how you can help our cause.

Our hope is to go out of business someday and have all animals cared for properly. Please help us achieve our goal today!
