Information on Donations

We are a 501-C-3 Charity. All donations are tax deductible. Besides one paid employee, every single one of us here is a volunteer. All donations and proceeds from our events go directly to the care of the animals. We have changed everything here since 1999. New webpage, new people, new runs for the dogs, new policies, new fund raisers, new everything!

Donations of Goods

We always need
  • CANNED DOG AND CAT FOOD
  • Dry Food (no Gravy Train, please)
  • Kitty Litter
  • Treats
  • Dog Toys (old tennis balls are perfect!)
  • Blankets for bedding
  • Cleaning supplies like sponges and anti-bacterial dishwashing liquid, Paper Towels and Clorox Bleach
  • Collars and Leashes.

Or anything else you think we need!

Please note: If you're in Milford and wish to make a food donation, there is now a bin at the Grand Union supermarkets and at Hometown Pet Supply at the Old Lumberyard Shops.

Don't Throw Out Ink Cartridges!

We are now beginning a recycling program that turns old ink jet cartridges into cash for the shelter. Collect those old cartridges and drop them off at the shelter, at the bins in Grand Union or at any event we may be at within the community. We also have boxes for you to collect 10 cartridges and mail them in directly or individual bags available too. There is absolutely no cost to you or us. All we need you to do is collect and get them to us or the company directly.

Please note: as of this time we are not accepting Epson cartridges.

For more information, check out Cash for Critters, or email Steve.

Sorry, we are no longer accepting cell phones at this time.
