Here at the NBAS we do not
euthanize cats or dogs. All animals brought in are tested by our local vet. At
the NBAS our cat population is extremely large. We do have a wide variety of
very nice cats for you to choose from. Northampton

From Rt. 329 - Go west on 329 until you get
to the intersection with Main Street in Northampton. There will be a gas station
to your immediate right, a PNC to your right across the street, Harhardt's to
your immediate left, and an Italian restaurant to your left across the street.
Turn left onto Main Street and drive past a second stop light until you reach a
blinking stop light. This will be the intersection of Main and Lerchenmiller Dr.
with a pharmacy to your left across the street. Turn left onto Lerchenmiller and
drive past the sewer treatment plant and turn left into the fire station parking
lot. Go through the parking lot until you get on a dirt road which will have a
sign reading Northampton Borough Animal Shelter. Stay on that dirt road and
we're at the end of it. From Rt. 22 - When on Rt.22 take the exit 987N towards
LVI airport. Make a left on Shoenersville Rd., which turns into Weaversville Rd.
Then make a slight left onto Rt.329. Look at the above directions from Rt.329
for the rest of your directions. From Main Street Northampton - Go on Main
Street heading towards Newhard's Pharmacy at the intersection of Main Street and
Lerchenmiller Dr. Then turn onto Lerchenmiller Dr. Go straight on Lerchenmiller
Dr., pass the sewer treatment plant and take a left into the fire station
parking lot. When in the fire station parking lot go all the way until you see a
gravel road with a sign saying Northampton Borough Animal Shelter. From
MacArthur Rd. (Rt.145) - Go north on 145 until the intersection of 145 and Main
Street in Egypt. There will be a mini-mall area across the street on your right
side. Turn right onto Main in Egypt, which turns into E 21st St. and go straight
until you reach the intersection of E 21st St. and Main Street Northampton.
There will be a PNC to your left and an Italian restaurant to your right. Turn
right onto Main Street Northampton go straight. Go past two stop lights and stop
at the next one which are blinking lights. This is the intersection of Main and
Lerchenmiller Dr. There will be a pharmacy to your left and across the street.
Turn left onto Lerchenmiller Dr. Go past the sewer treatment plant and make a
left into the fire station parking lot. Go through the parking lot and go on the
gravel road behind it. This will take you to our shelter.
