STRAY/BARN CAT LOW COST SPAY / NEUTER PROGRAM

For those of you who have been feeding a cat who just showed up in your back yard, or in your barn but do not consider it your "pet" the Bradford County Humane Society offers a program through which you can have it spayed or neutered at an affordable cost. This is to help avoid amassing litters of newborn kittens or deal with a male cat who fights and sprays. The cats will also be given a rabies shots at the time of neutering.

To register for this program, we ask that you do not call the shelter but pay a visit to our facility in Ulster to complete the form. We will answer any questions you have at that time. The spay/neutering fees will be determined on a case-by-case basis.

Once you are on our list for this program, you will be notified to deliver your cat(s) in the morning of a given date and will need to return to pick them up two days later.

If you would like to make a donations towards the expansion of this program, you can send it to BCHS, PO Box 179, Ulster, PA 18850. BCHS is a United Way agency.
