EVERY COCKER NEEDS AN ANGEL The Homer Puppy Mill 5
Homer and Mariah been adopted!! Thank you for your support!
These precious Cockers came in to rescue from a severe case of neglect They were
from a puppy mill in Homer, NY. 17 dogs were saved from deplorable living conditions and CockerPals Rescue picked up 5 of these precious
babies, 3 of whom are in CockerPals care and the other 2 are in the care of Waggin Tails Rescue. They were matted and dirty and so frightened.
We immediately took them to our groomer for baths and haircuts. All will need to be vetted, spayed and neutered.
Below are pictures of them before and after their first bath.
UPDATE May 4, 2008 Bentley, Mariah and Homer have all gone to foster homes. Bentley has his very own Foster Mom while Mariah and Homer share their Foster Mom.
Bentley is the tiniest of the group. He was so scared that he was wet from saliva. He will be neutered

Bentley is learning to go outside and is not shaking all the time now. He is still a bit shy with human contact. UPDATE JUNE 2008 Bentley is available for adoption.
Homer is another scared precious baby.

Homer is very attached to his foster Mom and follows her everywhere. He is learning to go outside but is still leary of his foster Dad. Mariah is using puppy pads now and also walking on a leash. She is still shy of human contact.
