"Better to light a single candle than sit and curse the dark"

With a quote that makes this much sense, what else needs to be said? Instead of concentrating on the number of dogs out there in need, we're concentrating on the ones that we can help, even if it's just one at a time. It may not make a big difference in the number of dogs out there, but it makes a difference for that one dog who was given a second chance at a happy life.

In the spirit of the holiday season we hope that you will help us to light as many candles as possible on our tree of hope. Each candle will represent one more dog we can help, one more life touched by finding that new companion. You can have your pets name put on your candle, dedicate it to yourself or a loved one, even use it to honor a life no longer with us.

Help us make the world a brighter place for the dogs out there in need, light a candle to show them the way to safety.

Light a flame on a candle by making a contribution to our rescue fund, help us continue to accomplish our mission of providing safe harbor and medical treatment to those dogs in need. For each $5 donation a candle will be placed onto the tree in your honor. Simply make a donation in the form of check or money order made payable to treasurer "Rocco Altier" and send it to:

CNWH Chihuahua Rescue
ATTN: Holiday Material
PO Box 1591

Be sure to include the name you would like each candle personalized with. Purchase as many candles as you wish, but space on the Tree of Hope is limited and we will stop accepting candles when the tree is full.
