VOLUNTEER ELIGIBILITY

You be 18 years old or older to be an adult volunteer

Junior Volunteers between 14 and 18 years old may volunteer at the shelter unsupervised once they have completed the volunteer orientation.

Junior Volunteers between under 14 years old may volunteer at the shelter as long as they are supervised by a parent or guardian once they have both completed the volunteer orientation.

You must attend the Volunteer Orientation Program, which is one Saturday for approximately 3 hours, at the shelter.

Willingness to accept guidance of the Volunteer Coordinator and other staff members.

A love of animals that compels you to help the CCSPCA further is mission: to provide care for and prevent cruelty to all living creatures.
