The Cumberland County SPCA is proud to announce the 3rd Annual CCSPCA Companion Carnival
September 27, 2007 10am-4pm 1244 N. Delsea Drive, Vineland
What is the Pet -a- Palooza? It’s a Companion Animal Carnival that will be a day of fun activities for people and their pets. Bring your best animal friend and your family for a little quality time together. The carnival is also a chance for the public to get to know our animal shelter and what an important role we play in the community. We’re here to educate people about what wonderful pets shelter or rescue animals make, and what it takes to be a responsible pet owner. On September 27th, 2007 the Cumberland County SPCA will hold it’s 3rd annual Pet-A-Palooza Pet Fair for families and their pets. The fair is a special event to increase awareness of the number of homeless pets in our area and the programs offered by the CCSPCA to the community, such as low cost spay and neuter facility, classroom humane education and cruelty investigations. Last years fair was a great success with over 1000 people and 200 pets in attendance, and raising over $4000 to directly benefit the animals at the shelter. This family event includes activities for children as well as contests for all types of pets. Among the festivities are consultations with an Animal Communicator, over a dozen pet contests, fun games for children, a pet costume contest, Doggie Olympics, music and food for everyone and so much more. We are contacting you to see if you would be interested in adding to the fun festivities by setting up a booth or table at our event. There is no fee to set up your display, but a donation is encouraged. We do ask that you bring your own table, chairs, and tent if necessary. The event runs from 10AM – 4 PM, with a Sunday rain date.
