SHARE THE LOVE

FOR VALENTINE'S  DAY

Fundraising Products
powered by:
Easy Fundraising Ideas
This Valentine's Day we have a special promotion at the shelter that asks that you help us to SHARE THE LOVE with the many homeless and abused animals.

One generous donor has approached us with the idea of having a fund drive starting now and  running until the end of February. This donor will match every donation made through this drive, up to $9,000 !
This means that donation of $10 is now turned in to $20 and can help us provide medication to one more sick or injured animal. That $30 is doubled to $60 that will vaccinate 5 more shelter animals against disease. And that $100 is raised to $200, helping to provide food, bedding, toys and other enrichment items to make the lives of the animals living at the shelter better. Simply click  the bulb of the thermometer above to make a donation via your PayPal account or credit card. Your donation will be reflected on our donor meter shortly thereafter!

You can also mail in your donation, just be sure to let us know that your donation is for the
SHARE THE LOVE campaign and we can make sure your donation is counted in the fund meter above.

Ring in the New Year with an Older Pet!

During the month of January, all cats and dogs 5 years and older are available for a special adoption fee of $50.  Older pets make wonderful companions and may be just right for you!  If you are looking for a pet that is calmer and more mature, has a fully developed personality, and may have prior training an older dog or cat may be what you are looking for.  Older pets have lots of life and lots of love to share.  Please help to make it a New Year for the Older Pets at the Cumberland County S.P.C.A.!

Please note- many (but not all) of our older dogs are in foster homes.  Shelter life can be very stressful for an older pet and foster homes provide comfort, care, and additional training.  You can see them in our Adoptable Dog section of our website.  We are happy to set up Meet and Greets with any of our foster dogs once an application has been submitted & approved.

Website last updated on 1/12/2011. Animals listed on our adoption pages are updated DAILY.
