From the West/Northwest:
- Take Route 78 East or 22 East, or take Route 80 East to 287 South
- Take exit for Route 202/206 South (from Route 22 go to Commons Way)
- Travel to exit for Commons Way/Garretson Road
- Pass Public Works (on right) and make next right onto Hanlon Drive for the Shelter
From the East/Northeast:
- Take Route 78 West or 22 West, or take Route 80 West to 287 South
- Take exit for Route 202/206 South (from Route 22 go to Commons Way)
- Travel to exit for Commons Way/Garretson Road
- Pass Public Works (on right) and make next right onto Hanlon Drive for the Shelter
From the South:
- Take Route 206 North or 202 North just past the Somerville Circle
- Travel to exit for Commons Way/Garretson Road and make a left onto Commons Way
- Pass Public Works (on right) and make next right onto Hanlon Drive for the Shelter
OR
- Take Garden State Parkway North to Route 287 North (exit 127)
- Follow 287 North to exit 14B for Route 22 West (exit on left hand side)
- Travel Route 22 to exit for Commons Way/Garretson Road
- Pass Public Works (on right) and make next right onto Hanlon Drive for the Shelter
