New Leash On Life Program
"A New Leash on Life" is a program that allows minimum and medium custody state prisons to partner with local animal shelters and animal welfare agencies to train dogs in preparation for their adoption. The inmate trainers work with dogs teaching basic obedience, house training and socialization, which makes the dogs more adoptable. The dogs in this class are available for adoption through Homeward Bound Humane Society.Click the links below to see the graduating dogs from those classes!
