Puerto
Vallarta, Mexico is known world-wide
for it's beautiful surroundings. Amongst this
beauty, however, lies a heart wrenching reality.
The
streets are populated with stray and
abandoned animals, many of whom are sick, diseased and starving, and many
others
headed toward the same fate.
Friends
of the Animals, Inc. exists to help aid in this crisis, and asks others to
join in helping those who have no way of helping themselves. Only through
volunteer efforts along with the cooperation of the local authorities can
the problem be mitigated.
