Adopting Your Companion
All of our dogs receive a spay or neuter, Heartworm testing, a general health examination, standard wormer, five series vaccines with boosters, Bordatella, Rabies with tag and certificate, monthly Heartworm preventative, monthly flea preventative, premium dog food, microchips, health records and any additional care recommended by our veterinarian. The dogs remain with us or foster homes until they are properly socialized and ready to become a cherished family pet. Rare exceptions to this protocol apply and any exceptions are noted in the individual pet biographies.

The Process
The only way to reserve a dog is by application. It takes only minutes to complete. Please allow 72 hours for full screening. Placements are based on qualified applications, in the order they are received. Once your application has been approved, we will arrange for an interview and a home safety visit.
You are welcome to request a five day trial to ensure the dog fits nicely into your family. Once your decision is made, we finalize the adoption contract. Our donation request varies between $95.00 to $450.00, based on the individual dog.
