Our Mission Statement To take in & foster, homeless, lost, & abandoned collies and provide a safe harbor until they are placed in loving permanent homes. We serve St. Louis, Southeast Missouri and the surrounding areas. We are NOT a shelter, we have our fosters in a home enviroment. We are liscensed for rescue in the state of Missouri by the Department of Agriculture.
