The Royal Oak Animal Shelter is a non-profit, publicly-funded shelter. This means that in order for us to stay running, we need your monetary support! We have several fun, creative, and unique fundraisers currently going-on; we hope you will help us, and the animals in our care, out by participating in one or all of them!

Everyone needs a little holiday cheer, including the animals at the Shelter. We asked them what they would like for the holidays and they have responded! Just go to Wild Birds Unlimited and select an ornament from The Giving Tree; each ornament has a photo of a cat or dog at the shelter and the item their heart desires. You can stop at the Shelter and deliver it personally or drop-off the gift at Wild Birds (just be sure to put the name of the animal on the gift you are donating); the hand-made ornament is yours to keep!
Join us on Thursday December 4th at Lily's Seafood Grill and Brewery as Kimberly and Mike guest bar-tend to raise money for the Royal Oak Animal Shelter. Over two years ago, Kimberly and Mike adopted a little black kitten from us named Zeus, little did anyone know how fitting that name would be. He's not fat - he's just a beast of a cat!
Kimberly and Mike will be donating 100% their tips, and 10% of the total sales will come back to us. Please join us!
Hand-made by one of our dedicated, and talented, volunteers these doggie and kittie nightlights are sure to brighten up any room! The nightlights are made to order and each one is a unique creation. They make excellent gifts for the dog, cat, or animal lover!

Shelter Cookies are hand-made by one of our volunteers, using only all-natural, high quality ingredients. There are no preservatives, so your dog(s) will have to eat them right away; or they can be stored long-term in the freezer.
We know your dog(s) will LOVE them - ours certainly do!
