This is NOT an adoption application; its purpose is to expedite the adoption process by providing the ROAS with basic preliminary information.
You must still come in to the shelter and fill-out an adoption application.
Completing this form does not guarantee that you will adopt the animal you are interested in, nor will the animal be "held" or "reserved" for you.
Animals are adopted based on consideration of all applications, not on a first-come basis.
