WELCOME TO THE Cool Cats ADOPTION PROGRAM. THE FOLLOWING INFORMATION IS REQUIRED SO THAT WE MAY ASSIST YOU IN THE SELECTION OF A NEW PET. THIS FORM AND A CONSULTATION WITH A Cool Cats VOLUNTEER ARE DESIGNATED TO HELP US DETERMINE IF THERE IS A MATCH BETWEEN YOU AND THE CAT(S) YOU ARE IN TERESTED IN. The last thing you or we want is to come to the shelter and later be disapproved based on our basic selection criteria.
