Dora (we kept her name) is doing great. We sometimes call her 'buterball' because she is a little overweight and slow - she is the sweetest thing!
She sleeps with me because I have air conditioner where I sleep and she suffers of heat. (Now she sleeps at my feet under the desk).
Sometimes I wish she would stay longer in my lap, but she comes in my lap, gives me kisses and then jumps down and lays down on the tile in the hallway (It's cooler than on the rug). She has appointment to the vet this Saturday. Last weekend we went for a day trip up north (in NH) and then coming home we stopped at two beaches. Dora had a ball running on the beach - and she loves the ocean too. I think she was caring a pound of sand by the time we got home. I gave her a bath and she really slept like a baby. We are very happy with her and she seems to be happy too she pees of joy when I come home). I never kept her in the crate and I know I should have but she hates it - and I prefer that she is spoiled if I can do it. She is a really good girl. I have her picture at work so I won't miss her when I am not home.
