Who We Are:

A2Z Rescue, Inc is a small core group of women based out of South Yarmouth, Massachusetts, who are trying to "do it all". All of the dogs we rescue are fostered in our own homes. Our rescue effort is focused on dogs. Most are rescued from out of state and transported by other volunteers to Massachusetts. Since we do the fostering in our homes, there is no specific address to visit and there are no set "shelter" hours. Our Purpose:

  • To conduct animal rescue by providing medical care and placing dogs facing impending euthanasia into foster and permanent homes.
  • To increase awareness for the need to spay/neuter all pets.
  • To work with animal shelters and others throughout the country.

    • Adopting Through A2Z

    To adopt one of our dogs, you will be required to fill out an aplication. Please be aware, A2Z Rescue, INC. reserves the right to reject your application for any reason. We are very serious about being sure that our dogs are going to good homes. If you are interested in adopting or fostering one of our rescued dogs, please fill out our online application. Once we receive and review the completed application, someone will contact you within 7-10 days.

    A fee of between $225.00 and $300.00 ** will be required to defray the cost of transport, veterinary care, and food costs for the foster families. **NOTE: Effective January 1st, 2006, A2Z Rescue Inc. will be raising our puppy adoption fees to $350 per pup due to an increase in the cost of pre-adoption veterinary care.

    If the dog you choose to adopt is dog is not spayed/neutered, A2Z Rescue Inc, will require you to sign a contract saying that you agree to spay/neuter your dog within 3 months of adoption day. We will require proof that the procedure was performed. You will also be required to keep your dog up to date on all vaccinations.
