Pet Friendly License Plates
In January 2002 the Governor of Illinois
allowed for the issuance of Pet Friendly license plates.
Proceeds from these plates go into a pet overpopulation
fund to provide money for spaying and neutering Illinois
companion dogs and cats. To register for Pet Friendly
