Volunteering with PAWS

We are ALWAYS need of adult and kid volunteers.  There is so much to do!!  At any given time we might need help with the following:

• Shelter Maintenance
• Animal Photos
• Writing Bios for animals to be posted on Petfinder
• Walking dogs
• Petting & brushing cats
• Help with fundraisers- working the “booth” or donate pop, bottled water, or baked goods
• Monthly Weekend Adoption Days in Coralville and Cedar Rapids
• Animal Transport (to and from Adoption Days in IC and CR, etc)
• Errands
• Office Support

Youth Volunteers:

Hey kids! Do you enjoy spending time with animals? PAWS and More offers youth volunteer classes for kids between the ages of 8-13 years. Let’s join together and improve the lives of homeless animals in our community. Call  (319) 653-6713 to sign up to attend a class today so we can start the fun!

Your volunteer time is very flexible.  We understand everyone is busy with many things!
