August 06: I am Java and my sister is Mocha. We were found wandering the streets and taken to a shelter. We were matted, dirty and had kennel cough. The shelter gave us medicine and found this nice foster Mom who took us into her home and got us cleaned up. We are in good health now, including having had our teeth cleaned.

I like to play ball. I chase it when you throw it and bring it back to you to throw again and again and again. I also like to be petted and will scoot my head under your hand, so that you get the idea. My sister's favorite activity is eating, but we both very much like to cuddle and want to be wherever our ''person'' is.

Mocha and I have been together for a long time and want to stay together. We are looking for someone who will love both of us. We are about nine years old. Right now our hair is short because of the mats, but when are coat is longer and groomed on a regular basis our chocolate brown fur is soft and curly.
