Fostering A Golden Retriever
Golden Retriever rescue is busier than ever ... That's why we're looking for people who are willing to open their homes and hearts to homeless Goldens in need of temporary housing.
Most foster situations last ,just a week or two. Goldens that have special needs might take longer to adopt….and all the while, you' II have the support of a truly experienced, reliable and responsive Golden Rescue In Naples, Inc. member who will be there for you whenever you have a question about the Golden in your care
BEFORE they arrive at their foster home, we will make sure the dog has all his or her shots, checked for heartworm and started on preventative, given an exam and either spayed or neutered. The foster will be notified of any medical condition or special need the Golden might have. The foster home will have a record of the care the dog has received.
