If you have lost your Husky, first check with your
local animal
shelters to see if it has been turned in. Then, if you still have not
located your dog,
send us
a picture and description so that we may post its information on our site in
hopes of reuniting it with you. If a Husky who you have adopted from
Polaris is lost, please call the hotline immediately (970.581.4365). If
your pet was wearing his/her rescue tag, we will likely receive a call from
whoever has found the lost dog. Pet Harbor
(www.petharbor.com) is
also useful resource worth checking out if you've lost your Siberian; this
site allows you to query information on the found pets in many local shelters
according to zip code.
If you have found a Husky, first check with your
local animal
shelters to see if the owner has reported it missing. Then
send us
a picture and description so that we can post it to our site in hope of reuniting it with
its rightful family.
Lost Huskies
Bullet is a grey & white Siberian Husky with blue eyes. He is a neutered male and
weighs 65 lbs. He was wearing a green "dogwatch" collar and a grey/blue/red ID
collar with tags, including a Polaris tag. He LOVES people and people food!
Bullet left home on Tuesday, May 22, 2007. He lives outside of Boulder on Flagstaff
Mountain next to Walker Ranch, but may have run far. His parents and sister husky
miss him terribly! Please call Zach & Robyn at 303-440-7813 (h) or 303-601-0087 (c)
with any information.
Trinity escaped from a fenced backyard in Colorado Springs during a brief
layover. She was in transit from Houghton, MI to her new home in
Sanders, AZ and apparently dug her way out of the fenced backyard.
Trinity is black with white socks and paws on her front legs, but white
paws only on her rearlegs. She has an uneven white blaze starting on her
left front leg crossing to her right leg and up onto her right shoulder.
Due to the fact that ownership was being transferred, she did not have a
tag on her. She is capable of running at speeds up to 25 mph, and is
apparently a very good miner.
