Come out and see us. You'll find it worth your while. We have some very talented people donating their skills and some very generous merchants in our community who support us with gift prizes or lend us space for our displays. We'd also like to chat and answer your questions about our shelter and our animals.

If you drop by during our open hours on Saturdays and Sundays (noon
to 2:00), you can meet the cats, who will greet you like visiting royalty
because they love a bit of one-on-one attention, and you can buy some primo
chocolate for $2 a box/bar. Sounds like a great way to spend an afternoon!

'Meat Draw'
We're doing a Jersey Joe's Sport Bar-sponsored 'Meat Draw' at Jersey
Joe's, 19267 Lougheed Hwy, Pitt Meadows, between 3:15pm and 5:15pm every
Saturday.
Our 'Sales Shelves'
We have a small display area at the back of the shelter with special
trinkets, cards, books, pet supplies or other items that we think people
might like to buy. When something nice is donated for which the shelter
just isn't a good place, we figure somebody else can enjoy it at home and
we can put the proceeds toward animal care. Our sales cupboard isn't large
but we hope to reorganize things better over the next year and display
more items. Check it out next time you drop by.
Cards
We are offering hand-crafted cards featuring our own Katie's Place
animals. Each box contains six cards and envelopes and each card describes
the journey of one pet from homelessness into a happy home. One boxed set
is $15.00, or you can buy two for $25.00. Call us at 604-463-7917 or email
