Jingles (formerly Jennie), December 2008 Jingles celebrates her 6th birthday on December 17th. She is working as a Therapy dog with owner, Kristie, at the Southern Arizona Aids Foundation.	CHRISTMAS 2008 TAYSHA, ADOPTED 4 YEARS AGO WONDERING WHEN SANTA WILL ARRIVE
CIERRA - DECEMBER 2008 Cierra, PJ & new friends Cierra's is a classic rescue story; her owner had already called Animal Control to come pick her up to be euthanized...we had to move quickly. We knew it would take a while to find the right home for this high drive, very smart & very busy gal. We eventually struck gold with PJ & Laura. PJ is a helicopter/small aircraft pilot who did fire fighting with the Hot Shots this past summer. And Laura & Cierra frequently joined him at various locations traveling throughout the Southwest and most recently, Louisiana. Cierra has flown in the chopper and while once somewhat dog aggressive, now makes friends wherever she goes. She hikes every week-- even started New Year's Day off with a sunrise hike--and is quite the mountain climber having conquered many fears that came with being an isolated, under socialized and bored German Shepherd. Mom is a real shutterbug so we can't post them all...visit her site for lots of great pics and stuff many of which have appeared on National Geofraphic's site, the Arizona Republic & Arizona Central. http://hundewanderer.com
