Serius has gone on a number of test-drives with Carol, Don and Iris. Here is their report from Oct 16, 2005, running in a 7-dog team: "We ran Serius again! This was his 3rd or 4th time I think. I ran him in lead on the way back last time and he did great. So today I thought that I would start him out in lead...he isn't mature enough to run up front when everyone is excited. He wanted to turn around and play with the dogs behind him, so I moved my leader back up for the beginning. He is a nice dog with a good gait and a steady drive. He is not yet 1.5 years old so I think with training and maturity he will turn out to be a really good sled dog and probably a good leader." He would be great for a junior musher too!
