Membership   Our membership includes: Individual Membership is $25 per year (January to December). Junior Membership (17 and under - does not qualify for spay/neuter program) is $10 per year. We also offer Paw Pal membership for your furry friends for $2 each. Sign up all of your pets! You will be sent a reminder for your annual contribution. A receipt will be mailed upon request. Otherwise, please keep your cancelled check. Please print and mail back a membership application. You're encouraged to participate in our Puppy Program. We are always in need of foster homes and drivers for our puppies. We usually make monthly trips to Salem, Massachusetts to deliver our puppies, or take them to Dulles Airport. Two to three people are needed for each trip. If you could support just one trip per year, it would be a BIG help! Spay/neuter program is available to Monroe County members requiring financial assistance. Any member may receive up to three spay/neuter certificates under this program. Volunteers currently man the MCAL Hotline. All members are encouraged to become active in monitoring the hotline. Usually the responsibility is split into 15-30 day time frames. This requires an individual to check the hotline for messages daily, return calls, mail information as requested and follow through. Again, if you could support just one 15 day period per year, it would be a BIG help!
