For more information please call The Humane Society 724-3709 CLICK HERE TO GO "UPCOMING EVENTS" FOR MORE INFORMATION Bake Sale Saturday, October 18th, 10:00 am to 3:00 p.m. The Humane Society will be holding a bake sale fundraiser on Saturday, October 18, 2008, from 10:00 am to 3:00 p.m. outside the Giant Market on Rano Boulevard in Vestal. Enjoy delicious cookies, brownies, cakes, and pies while supporting a great cause. We will also be accepting donations of baked goods for the fundraiser. Please contact Alicia at 724-3709 if you would like to bake. 5th Annual $5,000 Raffle November 5th, 6:00 p.m. - 9:00 p.m. $50 donation includes your raffle ticket and admission to the party, including food, beer, and wine. Give us a call to have your entry form mailed to you. Prizes: 1st: $3,500 cash 2nd: $1,000 cash 3rd: $500 cash 4th: Wine & Liquor Package 5th: Restaurant Gift Certificate Package  Doxy's Horse Recovery Dogs and cats aren't the only animals that are the victims of neglect, abuse, or abandonment. The Humane Society supports Doxy's Horse Rescue and it's goal to find homes for these beautiful creatures. DOXY'S HORSE RECOVERY LINK  We become very attached to our "Furry Friends" when they come to our shelter, and want to make sure that they will be going to a home that's truly right for them. We can never really know what some of them have been through in their time before coming to the shelter, so we want to make sure their years ahead are happy ones. Please read their biographies to make sure you are picking the perfect animal for your family, so that you can both have years of happiness and enjoyment together. DID YOU KNOW.... Shelter animals are known to really love their "Forever Families" once they are finally brought together.
