The Highland Animal Shelter is open 10:00 AM - 3:00 PM during the week. Weekends are by appointment. Please call or email the Shelter to schedule an appointment to meet with an adoption counselor.

Adoption Fees

Puppies/Dogs - $100 Adoption Fee

Kittens/Cats - $100 Adoption Fee

Adoption fee includes all required vaccinations, microchip and either FIV test or heartworm test. Kittens and puppies have a $40 spay/neuter refund.

We will be at the PetsMart Luv-A-Pet Adoption Center in O'Fallon, IL on the following days from 10:30 am - 4:00 pm.
